DAVIDSON + SEALS is the combination of two long established Northern California architectural practices. Robert Davidson began in 1969 in Oakland and John Seals has been a principal in practice in Oakland since 1973. In 1994 our firms merged and we enjoyed even greater success together. We are now centrally located in Jack London Square, Oakland. The firm has always been a smaller firm and remains a smaller firm by choice. It is today's technology that allows us to accomplish more and work on larger projects while retaining this smaller group of experienced staff.
At Davidson + Seals our size and experienced staff fosters personal contact with the client and continuity through all phases of a project, from site selection through construction. Solid design decisions and professional communication skills that combine verbal, written and graphic talents with leading edge computer technology are mandatory in today's design and construction industry. Our success at these skills is illustrated by the number of repeat clients in a broad range of projects.
