This eighty-year-old concrete building with terra cotta and marble exterior had been remodeled numerous times with little appreciation for its original character. This remodel focused on emphasizing the handsome detail at the second floor while modernizing the ground floor for retail. An elevator was installed and code compliant egress corridors installed.
