A project's design should directly express the CLIENT'S goals, work and success – not the Architect’s.  The design should communicate a sense of assurance, safety, personal service, and an appropriate level of excitement related to the type of business or building. Through a careful selection of materials and attention to lighting design, we develop interior and exterior spaces that solve the client’s needs while integrating the building to the site and the environment.

Establishing a program and budget in a minimum amount of time is especially critical in this type of project because time is usually as critical to the owner or occupant as is the budget.  Davidson + Seals has had literally years of experience dealing with government agencies: from planning boards and design review associations to building inspectors and fire marshals. Early and continued communication in this area has proven most helpful during construction. We believe that the building process is based on teamwork between all involved parties.
