This facility was designed to provide a place for adults as well as youth to worship in a variety of spaces, provide housing for an extensive educational program, to provide supportive space for numerous types of youth activities, and to consolidate all administrative functions.

The building was designed to relate and reflect the architectural character of the original, existing building on the campus. Both structures are aligned on a central Plaza. With its balcony, the main worship space will seat 1700 people, and 800 youth are accommodated in two additional interior amphitheaters.
